What is In Vitro Fertilization with ICSI?
This procedure involves medical insertion of a single sperm into the egg of the Intended Mother, a technique known as Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI). It is particularly beneficial for individuals or couples facing male infertility issues, such as low sperm count, poor sperm motility, or abnormal sperm morphology. By directly injecting the sperm into the egg, ICSI significantly increases the chances of successful fertilization.
How age affects pregnancy rate?
It’s important to understand that the success rate of IVF depends significantly on the age of the Intended Mother. Every woman is born with a limited number of eggs, and as we age, the quantity and quality of these eggs naturally decline.
